The Hudson Valley is a food enthusiast's dream! Many cuisines, wide range of prices, casual to elegant, drop-in to advance planning. With its location just south of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), you'll see many students and alumni staffing local bars and restaurants. Dutchess County restaurants are all non-smoking, even the bars. We are not aware of any exceptions, though there might be one somewhere.
