Overview
The Chef at The Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, as is the Chef at The Pastry Garden, which is supplying our wedding cake. The CIA is one of the best culinary schools in the US. It's right up the Hudson River from the hotel, and is well worth a visit (contact us and we'll try to arrange a group outing). Many students come to the beautiful Hudson Valley to attend CIA and stay after graduation.

Special Requests
- The hotel is providing some vegetarian options, and will also provide Kosher meals with advance notice. Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accomodate you.
